Apprenticeship Certificate III in Engineering-Mechanical (Dairy Tech)

mteSA are currently looking for candidates to complete Engineering - Mechanical Trade Apprenticeship working for a local Dairy Equipment Servicing Agent.  Workshop is based in Strathalbyn, however you will work onsite across the Adelaide Hills and surrounding areas, Murraylands and the South East.

Key Tasks

Your role will be to assist in the Design, Installation and Servicing of Dairy Farming equipment using a range of Hand and Power Tools, Mig, Stick & Tig Welding and Lathe/Milling machines.  Ability to work well within a small team, have gained a Cert II in Engineering (desired). Good mathematical knowledge and can use their initiative and be reliable.

  • Desired: Cert II in Engineering
  • Drivers licence
  • Fit, motivated and willing to work hard

  • Willing to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willing to commit 100% into completing your Apprenticeship
