Traineeship Certificate III in Business Administration

A fantastic opportunity is available for Marketing and Administrative Assistant Business Trainee on a full-time basis as mteSA!


You will join a dynamic team with a high focus on providing services withing a busy Group Training Organisation.
mteSA is a not-for-profit Group Training Organisation specialising in the selection, recruitment, placement and training of apprentices, trainees, labour hire staff, full-time and casual workers.  mteSA offers these services to employers, potential and current apprentices, and trainees.

Key Tasks


  • Provide support to the Administration officer responding to client phone calls and emails.
  • Communicate information about apprenticeships and traineeships to employers and job seekers.
  • Support the Return to Work Coordinators
  • Update and maintain the mteSA website, social media accounts and other marketing mediums.
  • Delivering quality customer service to employers, job seekers and other external and internal stakeholders.
  • Complete required data entry within mteSA internal systems and Government databases accurately within required timeframes.
  • Assist with the promotion of mteSA business activities, events and functions that promote employment and training services. 
  • Contribute to the continual improvement and development of organisational systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Refer specific queries to the appropriate team member within mteSA.
  • Liaise with and support Field Officers, project staff, administrative staff and CEO as required.
  • Develop and maintain links with existing and potential industry employers, AASN services and job seeker service providers.
  • Support payroll and financial reporting as directed by the Office Manager.
