Traineeship Certificate IV Library & Information Services

We are currently looking for a candidate to undertake a Traineeship in Certificate IV Library and Information Services. This position will commence mid to late January 2021 and the duration of the Traineeship is 24 Months under a Contract of Training.

Key Tasks


Undertaking a Certificate IV in Library and Information Services is demanding, varied and very rewarding. Tasks will include, but not limited to: Exceptional customer service. Maintain and monitor digital information and records. Assist in maintaining workplace safety for library customers and work colleagues. Maintain library and information databases. Assisting customers to access information. Presenting information on activities, events, and public programs. Receive and shelve library items and maintain associated records.
